To celebrate 50 years in business, Irregardless is hosting a series of special prix fixe dinners celebrating each decade its been in existence. The first dinner will celebrate the 1970s with a three-course meal for $80 at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 26. The 1975 menu choices will be: • Shrimp Cocktail with Shrimp Salad, Bibb Lettuce and Green Goddess Dressing OR Citrus Avocado Salad with Grapefruit, Blood Orange, Grilled Avocado, Red Onion, Little Gems and Preserved Lemon Poppyseed Dressing. • Maryland-style Crab Cakes with Three Bean Salad, Curry Remoulade, Frisée and Lemon Oil OR Chicken a la King with Vol-au-Vent, Mushrooms, English Peas and Sherry Cream OR Primavera with Radiatore Pasta, Zucchini, Snow Peas, Cherry Tomato, Oyster Mushroom and Parmesan Cream. • Upside Down Cake with Torched Pineapple, Maraschino Cherry and Almond Chantilly OR Rum Cheesecake with Graham Cracker Crust, Sour Cream and Dark Rum Whipped Cream. Wine or beverage pairings will be optional. Menu subject to change based on availability.
